Shipping costs

• Italy: €4.90. Free shipping on orders of €84 or more. Cash on delivery carries an additional €4 charge, when available.
• European Union: €14.99.
• Selected non-EU countries: €19.99.

Delivery times

Delivery times are stated in business days, Monday to Friday.

Within Italy, delivery generally takes 1–2 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched. Deliveries to smaller islands generally take approximately 3 business days after dispatch.

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays beyond the control of Vibra Eyewear or arising during the normal operation of the delivery service.

Delivery address and availability

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; once the order has been processed, we may no longer be able to change the shipping details.

Transfer of risk

The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of them.

If you independently choose a carrier that was not offered by Vibra Eyewear, the risk passes when the products are handed over to that carrier, without affecting any rights you may have against the carrier.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, report it to the carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible at support@vibraeyewear.com, quoting your order number and describing the damage.
