Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

How to request a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@vibraeyewear.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.

We will email you the full return address and the instructions to follow. Please do not send any products before receiving this information.

To meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the deadline expires. Any return confirmation or approval from us is purely administrative and does not restrict any mandatory rights granted to you by law.

Condition of returned products

You may handle the products only as far as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this assessment.

Return costs

If you withdraw because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products.

If the product received is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, Vibra Eyewear will cover the return costs.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us will not be refunded.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by law. Where required, any applicable exception will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
